- Role And Responsibilities
- The job exists to provide a full engineering service to production and site facilities including reactive, predictive and preventative maintenance, Electrical and mechanical on all equipment, while maintaining company health and safety policies and standards at all times.
- Carry out modifications to the existing equipment and the installation of new equipment.
- Work safely and comply to company operational excellence safety and environmental standards at all times.
- Preventative Maintenance and Breakdown repairs
- Installation of new equipment and modifications to the existing equipment
- Preventative Maintenance planning and delegation through SAP
- To provide support for improvements to the plant efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with maintaining the highest quality possible for all our products.
- Able to work alone and within a team environment
- Must be able to fault find on all types of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Electrical or Mechatronic apprenticeship to HNC/HND Level, with experience/knowledge of mechanical engineering aspects.
- 18th Edition Regs Certification and HV switching certification would be advantageous but not essential.
- Able to work alone and within a team environment.
- Must be able to fault find on all types of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Time served experience working in a manufacturing environment as a Maintenance Engineer is desirable.
