Responsibilities

  • Install, service and repair high-precision 5 axis CNC machine tools
  • Diagnose faults and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
  • Assemble, dismantle and set up large mechanical assemblies
  • Support customers with breakdown response and corrective maintenance
  • Carry out planned maintenance to maximise machine performance and reliability
  • Work on customer sites across varying industrial environments

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on CNC milling machine tools
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability on complex machinery
  • Background within machine tool build or industrial maintenance environments
  • Experience working within a field service or customer-facing engineering role
  • Ability to work on hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical assemblies
