The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
You will be responsible for a varied caseload of employment matters to include disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and redundancy, TUPE and restructuring, Employment Tribunal litigation and drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment. You will be confident and capable of participating in the development of the department and using marketing and networking to do this.
