Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a leading in-house conveyancing team, delivering high-quality estate conveyancing services for the sale of new homes, part-exchange, and other transactions.
- Direct a team of 14 with support from two Assistant Divisional Legal Managers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Foster a motivated and professional team culture that consistently exceeds expectations and aligns with internal and external customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a proven track record in Property Law and residential estate conveyancing.
- Experience leading and managing large teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff motivation, training, and development.
