Overview

Civil Litigation Solicitor (Locum) – West Midlands

Role: 3+ PQE in civil litigation; salary: c. £50 per hour; duration: maternity cover; start within the next 4 weeks; full-time basis in an established team.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and represent clients across a broad range of civil matters: consumer disputes, landlord and tenant issues, possession proceedings, debt recovery, partnership and contractual disputes, intellectual property matters, building and construction disputes, and wider civil and commercial litigation.
  • Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office to support collaboration and supervision.
  • Line management and day-to-day supervision of two team members: a trainee solicitor and a legal assistant.
  • Caseload management support to ensure smooth handover and delivery of high-quality client service.
