Overview
My client is seeking a BIM Technician to support the delivery of specialist laboratory and technical facility projects across the research, health care, education, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and Revit drawings.
- Support the delivery of specialist laboratory and technical facility projects across research, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
- Ensure all design information is fully coordinated and kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure consistency across all project information.
- Support the successful delivery of complex, high-quality design projects from concept through to completion.
Qualifications
- Strong experience producing and maintaining 3D BIM models and Revit drawings.
- Experience working within design teams on technical or complex building projects.
- Ability to manage and update the BIM model and project Revit drawings.
- Experience with construction platforms such as Asite, Aconex, or 4Projects would be advantageous.
- Ability to manage workload and contribute to projects through all stages of delivery.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.
