One of the UK's leading specialist providers of contract cleaning services to the education sector, delivering high: quality services to Multi Academy Trusts, schools and colleges throughout the North of England are seeking a Bid Manager / Proposal Manager to join their team in Leeds.

As they continue to expand you will play a pivotal role in securing new business opportunities and supporting the company's long: term strategic growth.

  • As The Bid Manager / Proposal Manager You Will
  • Take ownership of the entire tender process.
  • Be responsible for planning, coordinating, writing and submitting high: quality tender responses that consistently achieve the highest possible evaluation scores.
  • Manage the complete tender lifecycle from opportunity identification through to final submission.
  • Review tender documentation and develop bid strategies that maximise scoring opportunities.
  • Produce clear, persuasive and technically accurate tender responses tailored to each client.
  • Prepare executive summaries, method statements, presentations and supporting documentation.
  • Support client presentations, clarification meetings and post: tender interviews.

This is far more than a bid writing role.

You will become an integral member of the senior management team, working closely with operational, commercial and finance colleagues to develop compelling, compliant and commercially competitive submissions.

  • Proven track record of producing successful, high: quality bids.
