I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this branded hotel group in Belfast. As General Manager you will oversee the entire operation of two hotels in the region. We are looking for an inspirational leader who will maximise revenue and occupancy within the hotels.
Responsibilities
- Create a strategy to increase revenue
- Network with local clients to maximise sales
- Inspire the team
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and lead from the front
- Ensure KPIs are met
- Report to the Operations Director
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
