Plumstead Manor is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to contribute to daily pastoral care and aid in behaviour management, attendance and punctuality. The role supports staff in implementing the school policy and provides targeted interventions to students both 1:1 and in small groups.
The successful candidate will have Level 2 English & Maths with experience working with young people and a commitment to safeguarding. DBS checks are part of the recruitment process.
