We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a reputable alternative provision in Bury. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Pay Rate: GBP 13.69 to GBP 15.83 per hour
- Position: Full‑time, Long‑term

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one‑on‑one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.
- Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and review individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and record student progress, reporting findings to senior leadership.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
