Responsibilities

As a Specialist Mentor, you will work one‑on‑one with students to provide tailored support.

  • Your Key Duties Will Include
  • Helping students achieve a healthy balance between daily living activities and academic tasks.
  • Improving organisational skills, including effective time management.
  • Assisting students in preparing for deadlines by breaking down assignments into manageable steps.
  • Supporting students in managing stress and anxiety related to their studies or daily life.
  • Guiding students in reflecting on their personal and academic experiences.
  • Boosting students confidence by identifying and building upon their existing strengths.
  • Maintaining close communication with Randstad and reporting any student concerns promptly.
  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

This is a specialist role.

You must hold active membership with at least one of the recognised professional organisations at the required level.
