We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a GBP2.5m fast-track school refurbishment project in Bedford, with a duration of 5 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Previous experience managing fast-track refurbishment projects, particularly within the education sector, is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on refurbishment projects
- Experience delivering fast-track projects valued at GBP2.5m+
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Strong health and safety knowledge
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
