Overview: This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established conveyancing team with genuine flexibility through hybrid working.

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, and Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. Case management experience is desirable.

You will handle a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Shared ownership
  • Right to Buy
  • Transfers of equity
  • Lease extensions

Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing, you will manage files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision. You will also demonstrate a proven ability to supervise and train junior members of the team where required. Additionally, you will generate fees in accordance with agreed targets and play an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.

You will maintain knowledge and skills in compliance with SRA standards, CQS requirements and internal procedures, as well as demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
