Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse and complex family law caseload, including high-value and high-net-worth matters involving property, pensions and business assets, as well as divorce, financial remedies, private children law, domestic violence and cohabitation disputes.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring high-quality work across the team.
- Participate in business development initiatives, build and maintain client relationships and support strategic planning for the Family Department, including growth and recruitment.
- Demonstrate excellent mediation and communication skills, manage a busy workload efficiently, meet tight deadlines and deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Apply strong organisational and time-management skills, prioritise a busy portfolio and utilise legal case-management and billing systems.
- Work within a supportive and collaborative environment with a clear pathway to promotion based on performance.
