A respected firm in Bedfordshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. The role offers exposure to a varied commercial property practice including acquisitions and disposals, sale of business assets, auction transactions, secured lending, landlord and tenant matters, and pension scheme-related property work. You will also be involved in land registry applications, assisting with adverse possession claims, dealing with Section 25 notices, and acting for management companies. This position provides the opportunity to develop strong technical skills within a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced lawyers while managing your own caseload.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least four years' PQE in commercial property. You will demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively across a busy caseload. A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to build client relationships are essential. Previous experience across the full range of commercial property matters is essential.
