Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Guide students in effective study strategies and techniques.
- Assess student progress regularly and adapt learning plans accordingly.
- Collaborate effectively with Randstad to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
- Utilise online teaching technologies to enhance the learning experience.
