A large national Property Maintenance company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a mobile team based in Basildon. The role involves working across a dedicated area, including Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough, St Neots, and Luton, with a 1-week on/1-week off call-out schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical repairs, testing, and installation works in compliance with BS7671 and the company Health and Safety Policy.
- Maintain accurate data records via PDA/mobile communication systems, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Attend Team Briefs, Toolbox Talks, and Technical Bulletins monthly, demonstrating a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Support team members and contribute to a focused and professional environment.
Qualifications
- 18th edition in Electrical Installations.
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services – Electrical Installation (Building and Structures).
- Electrical Installations with City & Guilds 2391.
