About The Venue And Company

About The Position
- You will oversee day-to-day operations and report to the site’s General Manager
- Standards of service and looking after customers will be a huge part of this role
- Will lead the beverages department and execute strategy to achieve goals
- Creating brand new cocktails and coming up with new ideas on beverage offer and display
The Ideal Candidate
- Should have a great understanding of cocktail making, trends and ways to improve the current list
- Solid back-of-house financials: stock, labor control and PL
- Similar experience in trendy, up-and-coming and customer-focused operations in London
