Our client is a well established structural engineering consultancy based in Oxfordshire, with a reputation for delivering high quality engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Structural Engineer to join a small, vibrant team.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on increasing responsibility while working closely with experienced engineers in a collaborative environment. You will be involved in projects from concept through to completion, gaining valuable technical and client‑facing experience.

The Structural Engineer Role

• Has around 2.5 years experience within a structural engineering consultancy.
• Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Has experience designing in common structural materials, including steel, concrete, timber and masonry.
• Is familiar with industry standard design software.
• Communicates confidently with colleagues, clients and other design professionals.
• Is enthusiastic, proactive and keen to continue developing their technical skills.
• Is working towards Chartered Engineer status (or planning to).
