Your Role As The Aftersales Manager
Based at the Oxfordshire HQ and reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of the full aftersales function, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience long after handover. You'll lead service, warranty, and customer support teams, embedding best practice, improving efficiency, and building long-term customer loyalty that supports the brand's premium reputation.
- Aftersales Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing aftersales team across service, warranty, and customer support. Oversee daily workshop operations, job scheduling, and workflow efficiency, ensuring all internal and external repair orders are processed accurately.
- Customer Experience: Own the aftersales customer journey, ensuring seamless support, clear communication, and outstanding service standards.
- Operational Excellence: Design and refine aftersales processes to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.
- Warranty And Quality: Oversee warranty management, fault resolution, and feedback loops to support continuous product and quality improvement.
