- What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory.
A proven track record of teaching within a UK primary school setting (open to EYFS, KS1, or KS2 specialists).
Both seasoned practitioners and exceptional Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome.
- Specialist Subject Knowledge: A deep understanding of adaptive teaching pedagogy, age-appropriate curriculum milestones, and positive behaviour management strategies.
- Emotional Resilience: A calm, grounded, and patient demeanour, with the ability to lead a classroom confidently during periods of high student energy or learning anxieties.
