Were looking for a hands x2011;on Engineering and Maintenance Lead whos ready to take ownership, drive reliability, and shape the future of a fast x2011;moving manufacturing site.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multiskilled maintenance team across a busy manufacturing environment.
- Oversee planned, preventative and predictive maintenance to maximise machinery uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns across moulding equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors and automation systems.
- Deliver CAPEX projects including machinery installs, upgrades, refurbishments and automation improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement, safety standards, and energy x2011;efficiency initiatives across the site.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualified, multiskilled engineer with manufacturing or production maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership background: Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Engineer or Deputy Manager.
- Good understanding of PLCs, automation, and modern manufacturing machinery (training/development available).
- Strong problem x2011;solver with experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Confident communicator who can coach a team and work effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
