Overview
The role is to develop and lead the Quantity Surveying service within a boutique firm of PQS / PM consultants that specialises in high-end residential projects and boutique hotels for new build and refurbishment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the QS service, including cost management and project management for projects valued from GBP5m to GBP100m.
- Represent the client, chair meetings, manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Drive business development and networking to grow the QS portfolio.
- Supervise and mentor junior QS staff.
Qualifications
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Associate level or higher, MRICS qualified.
- Extensive experience on high-value residential projects from feasibility through delivery and handover.
- Unsupervised working ability, excellent client-facing skills, confident and articulate.
- Strong written communication, formal report writing.
Benefits
- Salary negotiable GBP85,000–GBP90,000 per annum.
