The Role
As an Associate Planner, youll lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects from early strategy through to consent, while supporting the growth of the wider planning team.
Youll be responsible for managing projects, advising clients, engaging with key stakeholders, mentoring junior planners and contributing to winning new work across an expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure planning projects through all stages of the planning process.
- Prepare high: quality planning statements, reports and supporting documentation.
- Manage relationships with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic planning advice on nationally significant infrastructure and major development projects.
- Support business development activities, including proposals and client engagement.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the planning team.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high technical standard.
