Role Overview
The Role: As Assistant SENCO, you will work with the Strategic Leadership Team to raise achievement for pupils facing significant barriers to education.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and model best practices for staff working with complex SEMH needs.
- Analyse data to set challenging, achievable individual targets.
- Work with parents, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure holistic support.
- Assist in whole‑school self‑review and development planning.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS teaching qualification.
- UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle as travel between 5 sites expected.
- Proven track record with SEMH and SEN pupils.
- Excellent communicator able to engage hard‑to‑reach students.
