The Role

  • Working closely with a brilliant GM, you'll be a key part of running the restaurant day to day: leading from the floor, developing the team and making sure standards never slip.

You’ll Be

  • Leading a busy front-of-house team and keeping service slick.
  • Coaching and developing the team, building confidence and creating a strong culture.
  • Getting involved commercially: P&L, rotas, labour, spend and margins.
  • Keeping the guest experience front and centre, even when things get busy.
  • Bringing energy to the floor and setting the tone for the wider team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience as an AGM or GM within a quality, high-volume restaurant: ideally £100k+ weekly turnover.
  • A background in a business where the food, drinks and service are equally important.
  • A strong track record of developing and retaining great teams.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence around the numbers.
  • High standards, plenty of energy and a genuine love of hospitality.
  • Someone who is hands-on, visible and enjoys being right in the middle of the operation.
