We're looking for an ambitious Assistant General Manager to join a high:volume, fast:paced London hospitality venue.
This is a senior operational role for someone already performing at a strong AGM level and genuinely ready to become a General Manager in the near future. Youll work closely with an experienced leadership team, taking ownership of the day:to:day operation while developing the commercial and leadership skills required to run your own site.
The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a large front:of:house team
- Take responsibility for service standards and the guest experience
- Support with sales, labour, stock control and overall profitability
- Recruit, train and retain an engaged, high:performing team
- Confidently lead the venue in the General Managers absence
- Help drive the business forward through energy, ideas and strong commercial awareness
About You
- Currently an experienced Assistant General Manager in a busy, high:volume venue
- Comfortable managing large teams and significant weekly sales
- Commercially strong, with a clear understanding of P and L and cost control
- A visible, hands:on leader who thrives in a lively environment
- Ambitious, driven and ready to step into a General Manager role soon
