I am working with a client who is looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team of an exciting branded hotel in Belfast. About The Position
- Support the General Manager with the daily operation of the hotel
- Lead, coach and develop department heads and teams
- Drive guest satisfaction, operational standards and commercial performance
- Champion a positive, engaging workplace culture
- Provide confident leadership in the General Managers absence
The Successful Candidate
- Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager, Hotel Manager or senior hotel leader
- Background within a branded 4/5:star hotel environment
- Strong commercial awareness and operational knowledge
- Passionate about people, service and delivering exceptional experiences
