Rate A GBP 13.58 : A GBP 13.95 per hour PAYE + 12.5 Shift (Double Days) + Overtime

What You Will Do

• Prepare for assembly tasks by reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Orders, technical drawings, and parts lists.
• Assemble cylinders and subassemblies, ensuring all components are damage:free and fit correctly.
• Conduct testing and precise measurements to verify the integrity and performance of finished components.
• Report any defects or non:conformances promptly to the supervisor or quality department.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, escalating any issues as needed.
• Accurately complete production and inspection records, batch cards, and training documentation.

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining high:quality standards.
• A proactive approach to problem:solving and process improvement.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline:driven environment.
