Job Overview: My client is looking for an Asbestos Surveyor who can become an integral part of their team by ensuring the delivery of Asbestos services in accordance with their client's contractual requirements in both commercial and housing sectors.
Requirements for an Asbestos Surveyor:
- P402 qualification
- Full driving License
- Experience in conducting UKAS accredited asbestos surveys
- Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
- Agreement to DBS check
Asbestos Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Conducting UKAS-accredited Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys.
- Staying updated on asbestos and health & safety legislation, UKAS standards, and industry best practices.
- Working flexibly across offices or client sites as required.
- Maintaining technical expertise and sector awareness.
- Complying with quality management, assurance, and audit processes.
- Ensuring timely delivery of work and meeting legal obligations.
- Engaging in ongoing training and development.
