Asbestos Surveyor (Asbestos Consultant)

Location: Lancashire. Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 plus benefits.

Our client is a successful independently run Asbestos Consultancy that delivers high quality asbestos surveying, consultancy, and project management services to a broad range of public and private sector clients. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced, self‑sufficient asbestos surveyor to join our busy commercial team.

Qualifications

• Hold the relevant asbestos surveyor certification (BOHS P402) and a minimum of 6 months field experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of HSG264.
• Ability to commute and complete any out‑of‑hours work that may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct management, refurbishment and demolition surveys on a wide range of properties in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
• Compile comprehensive reports to be sent to clients.
• Ensure all work is carried out to UKAS standards and in line with HSG264.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with any queries and provide technical support.
