Role: Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Bulk Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety standards are always maintained.
- Collate data and produce various reports when required.
- Complete air monitoring and Stage 4 clearance testing on a range of buildings.
- Complete various management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a range of sites.
- Conduct tests including 4 stage clearance, smoke, background and visual air, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
- Ensure adherence to UKAS legislation and practices in all work conducted.
- Generate on-site air quality reports for clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients, contractors, and members of the public.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
