I am working alongside a well-established practice to find a talented Architectural Technician with excellent technical abilities to join their team in Swansea. The RIBA-chartered practice works on a range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects and has a variety of exciting projects on the horizon.
The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient experience in a UK-based practice post qualification and will have excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will have brilliant building detailing skills and proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:- A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
- Sufficient post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
- Residential and Commercial experience is beneficial
- Able to complete projects in adherence to deadlines
- Strong technical abilities
- Brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
