A progressive, design:led architectural practice with a strong reputation across the residential and commercial sectors is seeking a talented Architect to join their expanding Harrogate office. Daily Duties
- Contribute to all RIBA work stages, from concept to completion
- Produce detailed planning, technical, and construction drawings
- Collaborate with project teams on design development and technical detailing
- Coordinate planning and Building Regulations submissions
- Ensure design compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Attend site meetings and assist with project running, depending on experience
- Manage time and workflow effectively across multiple projects
Ideal Candidate
- ARB:registered Architect
- Strong residential sector background, with an understanding of commercial and conservation work
- Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD (the studios main software platforms)
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Detail:oriented, proactive, and practical in approach
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
