Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, organised Administrator to join a busy, purpose‑driven service supporting people affected by drug and alcohol use across Ashford. This key role sits at the heart of the team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, accurate data management, and strong coordination across clinical and partner services. You’ll play a vital part in supporting psychosocial and clinical programmes, tracking outcomes, and maintaining high‑quality administrative systems to support service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive admin support across the service and multiple sites when required
- Manage data entry, monitor systems, and maintain accurate records (Excel, Word, Outlook, Neo360, ILLY)
- Support outcome tracking and contribute to performance targets and reporting
- Act as a first point of contact – handling calls, enquiries and correspondence professionally and confidentially
- Take meeting minutes, coordinate communications, and support team operations
- Order supplies, manage stock, and ensure office systems run smoothly
- Support audits, governance processes, and continuous service improvement
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and case‑management systems
