Join TipTopJob for an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Support Worker in an exceptional care home located in the heart of Accrington, Lancashire. The role is part of one of the UK's leading health care providers. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Β£14.00 per hour, up to Β£32,032 per annum for full-time permanent work (up to 44 hours per week, primarily on nights).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the care team within the home
  • Ensure that care staff adhere to CQC guidelines while providing exceptional levels of care to residents
  • Promote and deliver high standards of care and supervise staff
  • Instruct less experienced staff to enable them to fully contribute to the care provided within the home

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience working within an elderly care setting
  • Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting
