We are looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance Team at the head office. If you have a passion for numbers, strong Sage 50 and Excel skills, and 2+ years of experience in AP or credit control, this is your opportunity to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable processes
  • Perform supplier reconciliations
  • Handle credit control and customer account management
  • Reconcile bank and PDQ transactions
  • Support month-end processes and financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with process improvements and internal efficiencies

What You’ll Need

  • Accounting qualification (AAT or working towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Experience with Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
