Head of Engineering and Project Management required for a leading composites company who work with industries such as medical and aerospace. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role where you will be an integral member of the team. This role would suit an experienced composites engineer with experience spanning design and project management. You will hold an engineering degree (or equivalent).

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from start to finish
  • Lead design activities using CATIA V5 FEA
  • Lead role in customer quotations and manage customer purchase order sign off
  • Manage quotations for outsource tools and materials and manage purchase orders through ERP system
  • Management of manufacturing schedules in line with orders
  • Organise documentation such as PFMEA, control plans, SOPs etc.
  • Support the quality engineer to ensure projects are in line with AS 9100

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience within the composites sector
  • Design and FEA experience
  • Experience managing projects
  • Engineering degree (or equivalent)
