About The Role
As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day-to-day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported. We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification. There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions. You will be paid an additional A GBP 60 per sleep-in. As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional A GBP 10 per session.

Hafan Y Coed, in Aberystwyth, provides residential care for seven adults with intellectual disabilities.
