Are you compassionate, resilient, and ready to change lives? We are looking for a dynamic individual to support the needs of an individual student with severe social and communication difficulties and challenging behaviour, helping them develop essential skills for a more independent future.
The Role
You will offer behavioural guidance, supporting through moments of anxiety and frustration with a calm, patient approach. You will support the student with literacy, numeracy, and other classwork, assisting the class teacher with maintaining a calm, purposeful environment.
What You'll Need
- The emotional and physical resilience to meet the demands of working in a 1:1 situation
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
