They will help the coach guide student-athletes to play a fair game, follow the rules and regulations, and encourage students to maintain academic eligibility.

Fundamentals of Coaching Course (online) passed prior to second year of coaching (one time requirement) Completion of a Sports First Aid Course prior to second year, CPR Certification (provided if hired), Concussion Sports Course, MSHSAA Sport-Specific Online Rules Review each season.
The main criteria would be to understand all-round nuances of the game, the strategy used in the name of the game, and experience required to encourage the team spirit amongst the student-athletes.
