Snapshot of the role:

  • Drive growth: own renewals, retention, and expansion across a portfolio of strategic accounts
  • Be a trusted advisor: build senior stakeholder relationships and help customers maximise value from the platform
  • Shape the function: work closely with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to influence customer strategy and scale a best-in-class CS organisation

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of Account Management experience, this could include some earlier exposure to new business and BDR responsibilities
  • Strong hunting and farming capabilities will translate well into this role
  • Data Services, Compliance, Regtech industry experiences are highly desirable
  • Must have experience negotiating and closing contracts
  • Experiences in start-up environment would be beneficial, need to be comfortable in navigating this environment as opposed to established, larger businesses
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Highly motivated, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
  • A strong work ethic with the grit, ambition, and tenacity to succeed in a high-pace environment.
