Why is this role one of our best? 'Tiger team' newly created roles by the CRO personally, has carved out entirely new territory for this team to ensure the success of new joiners to the business. Will get full support from VP EMEA & C Suite. The operating region (EMEA) has grown from $1m to $26m in the past 4.5 years. Unusually, EMEA is outperforming the US in this (US Based) company. Will put the individuals in this team in a position to earn upwards of £500k (uncapped). Will have full support from SDR and supporting technical sales teams. Access to 100-200 of the best accounts in the company. Territory data enriched by external data sources already. Sales-first company culture. People work together quickly and smoothly, supporting resources respond to each other on Slack within minutes. People take the success of the business 'personally' and get to be part of a joint mission to take the company to IPO.
What will you bring? High commitment and a desire to make impact in a sales environment. 3 years minimum of Enterprise level sales, demonstrating multiple $100,000+ deals done. Excited about AI. This company is 'all in' on AI in their products and the go forward vision.
Compensation: upto £140,000 basic, £280,000 on target. Earnings beyond £500k achievable.
