Senior Customer Success Manager / AI Strategist – Enterprise AI Solutions

The role

As Senior CSM / AI Strategist, you’ll lead relationships with enterprise financial services and insurance customers, overseeing mid-market deals typically in the £100k–£150k range. You’ll guide sophisticated AI integrations from kickoff to adoption, ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

You don’t need to be hands-on technical, but you must be confident navigating complex deliveries, aligning with senior stakeholders, and tying success back to metrics that matter.

What you’ll do

  • Own customer relationships at senior levels across enterprise accounts
