Account/Sales Executive (Mid Market) Data Services | Regtech adjacent Hybrid to Central London office Base salary range: £75k-£90k + double OTE

Snapshot of the role:

  • Lead from the front: own enterprise revenue generation alongside the CRO, creating and closing high-value opportunities from scratch.
  • Shape the engine: play a key role in building a repeatable enterprise sales motion while landing the next 50 flagship customers.
  • Operate like a founder: high autonomy, high expectations; you take full ownership, move fast, and deliver without waiting for direction.

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of Midmarket sales and proven track record of closing high value deals from $70k+
  • Data Services, Compliance, Regtech industry experiences are highly desirable for this role
  • Experiences in start up environment definitely key for this role, need to be comfortable in navigating this environment as opposed to established, larger businesses.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Highly motivated, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
  • A strong work ethic with the grit, ambition, and tenacity to succeed in a high-pace, environment.
