We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Partnerships to build and scale a high-impact partnerships function that drives meaningful revenue growth and accelerates distribution across our key markets. This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic ownership of partnerships with direct commercial accountability. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and play a critical role in shaping TiPJAR’s go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day

  • Partnerships & Revenue Delivery
    • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets
    • Identify, secure, and scale strategic partnerships across:
    • Payments providers and acquirers
    • EPoS, workforce management, accountancy and payroll systems
    • Resellers, consultants, and industry bodies
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through partner channels
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, revenue share, and distribution agreements
  • Develop strong senior stakeholder relationships and clearly articulate the commercial value of TiPJAR
  • Partner Strategy & Go-To-Market
    • Define and execute a clear partnerships strategy aligned to ICP and revenue targets
    • Develop tailored go-to-market approaches by partner type
    • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment on pipeline generation and conversion
    • Identify new routes to market and opportunities for scale
  • Partner Activation & Performance
    • Move beyond signed agreements to ensure real partner output and delivery
    • Build structured partner onboarding and enablement frameworks
    • Track and manage partner performance against agreed targets
    • Hold partners accountable for pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Partnerships Leadership & Team Development
    • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing partnerships team as the business scales
    • Set clear expectations around activity, performance, and commercial outcomes
    • Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
    • Establish clear KPIs, reporting, and dashboards for partnerships performance
    • Work cross-functionally with:
    • Sales (pipeline & deal conversion)
    • Marketing (co-marketing & demand generation)
    • Product (integration roadmap & prioritisation)
    • Customer Success (delivery & retention)
  • Feed structured partner and market insights back into the wider business
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience building and scaling B2B partnerships in SaaS, fintech, or hospitality tech
    • Strong commercial background with ownership of revenue targets
    • Experience negotiating complex agreements including revenue share and distribution deals
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
    • Experience working with platform ecosystems (payments, POS, integrations)
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
    • Commercially driven and outcome-focused
    • Strong negotiator who can push back and protect value
    • Structured and data-driven, but pragmatic
    • Able to build from scratch and scale effectively
    • Confident working across multiple stakeholders internally and externally
