As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning all content the TiPJAR brand releases, shaping how we speak to the world, and ensuring an ‘always on’ programme of comms to our various communities. You’ll craft compelling content for CRM, social, website and beyond, champion our brand narrative, and ensure our voice is consistent, clear, and bold across every channel.
You will also be given the chance to own and lead a dynamic, varied range of content, utilising multiple forms including animation, film, long-form written and short-form video & written content. You’ll listen to community trends and feedback, and use these insights to inspire and inform our marketing strategy.
- Lead on all brand content and communications, ensuring clarity, quality, and impact.
- Own social channels, determining content strategy, developing content plans, and delivering the output.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership to deliver projects that move the business forward.
- Own the content calendar and communication frameworks, improving them as we scale.
- Create and manage content across digital channels, including website, social, email, blog, PR and customer comms.
- Support internal communications, helping teams stay aligned and informed.
- Engage and manage third party suppliers and nurture these relationships to maximise results.
- Be curious, proactive, and bring fresh thinking to every problem.
- Support and represent the business at events, meeting prospective customers and partners, and capturing content.
3–5 years’ experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Keen eye for detail and strong, creative writing skills.
- Experience managing content schedules, campaigns, or digital channels.
- Experience in marketing & communications within B2B, SaaS or tech is a plus.
High-quality content and communications that measurably support growth and impact. Clear reporting of key metrics such as social insights, website metrics, and business growth.
