The Role: Reception and PA – Part time
We are looking for a friendly, super-organised and creative Receptionist and Office Administrator to oversee front of house and general day-to-day office and social operations. The right candidate will have their ear to the ground and be aware of what’s going on in the organisation, be fun and outgoing but can stand their own ground, and be proactive with bags of initiative. You'll be the first person that clients and fellow employees see, so you'll be the company’s culture ambassador.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all staff and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Act as first point of contact for the successful day-to-day management of the office
- Be responsible for ensuring the office, meeting rooms and breakout space are immaculate for clients, staff and visitors
- General office duties including overseeing meeting room bookings, office recycling, managing kitchen stock levels and tidiness
- Ensure up to date compliance with office health & safety, fire regulations, PAT tests and any other rules and regulations
- Management of internal IT collateral / equipment
- Assist with the organisation of staff house, charity, and social events; head up the Social Committee and SCR / Sustainability initiatives
- Oversee the plans and budget for internal and external events, suggest ideas for future events
- Provide support as needed, to the CEO, the Marketing team, HR and Finance
- Any other ad-hoc duties that arise
