As a Software Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented engineers responsible for designing, building, and operating mission-critical systems. You’ll balance people leadership, technical excellence, and delivery, while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, and other Engineering leaders. Job Descriptions- Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and career development.
- Drive the delivery of high‑quality, scalable, and secure software solutions in a regulated fintech environment.
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into clear technical plans and execution.
