Product Manager - Payee & Payer FX
We are Tipalti, we help finance teams at firms like GoPro, Twitter and Twitch automate their routine tasks and focus on driving their business forward. Following our incredible growth in the United States and the company’s recent $150m funding with a $8.3bn valuation, Tipalti is going global!
As we enter Europe, we have chosen London to establish our second tech hub. We have set up a Product team based in our central London office alongside engineering, sales and marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding tech hub in London. You will work closely with our Technology team in Tel Aviv and will be part of a highly skilled and enthusiastic team, developing our new employee-facing products.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver high-impact initiatives across the Payee FX and Paayer FX domains, driving growth and innovation across Tipalti’s connected financial suite.
- Collaborate with global Product and Engineering teams to design scalable, compliant solutions that strengthen Tipalti’s end-to-end automation platform.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization, product enhancements, and FX revenue growth.
- Define and drive the product roadmap, writing clear specifications and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
About You
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B technology companies, with a proven track record of working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams — a must.
- Experience in fintech, ideally in payment infrastructure, financial automation, or FX/currency conversion — a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; you are an articulate, confident communicator who can influence and align diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure success.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously, balancing multiple high-visibility projects while knowing when to bring in leadership.
- Creative, entrepreneurial problem-solver who can think outside the box to identify new revenue and efficiency opportunities.
- Relevant academic degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Cognitive Sciences or a related field.
